AT&T Store

Angela helped me today, a busy Saturday. I had several issues and she worked with me for over an hour to get everything taken care of. I highly recommend this store and Angela specifically.

Had many issues with customer service via phone, Austin who is the store manager got it all squared away and was very patient throughout the process. Great in person customer service

Amazing store with wonderful customer-focused employees...they work as a family, helping one another out with computer/printer issues (which was what I witnessed, but definitely felt that this was the normal environment within the store)... they were all quite knowledgeable, and Austin, as well as Jacob, were amazing, making you feel important and valued as a customer! Thanks guys! Definitely worth the extra travel time and mileage it takes to come back here for my AT&T needs!

I don't normally write reviews, but this store was fantastic! I purchased an unlocked phone off Amazon and wanted to transfer my phone number and plan to the new phone. They had me in and out of there in 15 minutes tops. This store is MUCH better than the one at 635 NW Murray Rd. The staff here are fantastic and knowledgeable.

I went here a week ago to get new phones for me and my husband. There system was being a pain and not wanting to let us buy the phones. But our lady did everything she could and made it happen! Was a wonderful experience will definitely continue to come back here!
