I'm a person that loves to ask lots of question and I know it gets aggravating but the are always more than willing to take the time and answer my questions. When I had my car accidents they were on top of my claim but they were so caring and concerned about me being ok. If you want someone that's nice, polite, respectful and professional then this is the agent you want to go to.
