“Savvy, strategic, and results-oriented. In brief, that is how I would describe Aaron. In early 2018, as we got closer to the completion of our new home, we were preparing to list our current home. Without a clue of what realtor to use, Aaron received a tip from someone I had made a casual comment to about selling soon. It wasn't long after that Aaron left business cards at our front door and mailed us a hand-written note (yes, hand-written) expressing his interest in our home and his desire to be our agent. A couple months later, when we were ready to actually list, we reached out to Aaron. Prior to our first meeting, Aaron apologized for showing up in shorts and a t-shirt, however, it became very clear to me very quickly that my belief that a person's work ethic, knowledge, and intellect are far superior to whether he/she wears a t-shirt or a three-piece suit was validated. To me, this just validated that he is true to himself and confident in his abilities. The home we were selling wasn't the most expensive home out there, but Aaron showed deep interest, dedication, and a well-honed strategy. The bottom line is that Aaron sold our home essentially three times in the course of three weeks. The first two offers ended up being busts for various reasons outside of his, or our, control. Regardless, Aaron swiftly and accurately navigated through those scenarios. In the end, the offer we ended up taking that went to closing was a sale price higher than either of the first two offers that busted. Aaron would be an excellent choice for your next real estate endeavour. You won't be disappointed.”

“G&G Restoration was recommended to us by a friend & replaced our roof and guttering after a hail storm in the Spring of 2017. Geremiah and his crew were professional every step of the way. He was very thorough in his assessment and honest. I didn’t ever feel like he was trying to take advantage of our insurance company or us. He worked with them and took care of every part of that process so we didn’t have to. He followed through with everything he said he would and did a great job of keeping us in the loop so we weren’t left to wonder where we were at in the process. He always answered my calls with questions and was kind and courteous. His roofing crew worked so hard and had our roof completed quickly. The foreman was on-site the entire time and we always had his ear if we needed it. They picked up all of their nails and everything was left in great order. There were lots of signs from other roofing companies in yards across town and we were one of the first ones to have our new roof in place. I can’t imagine a better experience and we highly recommend G&G.”
