I'd purchased a pair of Adidas Cloudfoam shoes and they had a funky inside lining that didn't work well with a complex nerve injury I have. I'd worn them once, but had no problem with the return. I appreciate the extra $10 off with an online return as well...a little incentive to stay in the store! Smart thinking!”

“We have banked here for 18 years. We also have an account at UMB. We highly prefer Blue Ridge because there are shorter lines, better staffing and the customer service is much more personal. When my son turned 16 and began taking his checks in for deposit, they would remember him from the time before and were encouraging in educating him. The Personal Banking Rep is beyond compare and the drive-through and counter tellers are great. When we decided to get a safe deposit box, their selection and availability were better than other banks in the area. This is a larger bank with the feel of a community bank.”

“Freezing Moo is interesting. I was greeted at the door by a very friendly employee. The ice cream was good, but nothing amazing. If you are just looking for value, I'd go to custard's last stand. This is a gimmick, but a pretty cool gimmick. The pricing is simple, just 5.99 for a decent sized ice cream with mixins and toppings. It was good, but not out of this world good. I was most disappointed by the fact they have no kids size”

“Best subdivision in LS. Fishing, kayaking, boating, walking or cycling pick your poison. Multiple pools to choose from as well The HOA even blows off the dedicated bike paths that are on the roadway each week. I have yet to encounter any staff that wasn't friendly or not willing to help. Little known fact only subdivision that has 24 hr 7 day a week security patrol in Lee's Summit that is not aged restricted.”

There is a difference between trying on and wearing. They don’t follow you because they think your stealing. They follow you to help and get a dressing room ready so you don’t have to carry around one single item while your looking. It’s called customer service. I always get great service.”

“First, a little background on my situation... I'm 37 and have suffered several long major depressive episodes for decades, as well as a diagnosis of MS about ten years ago. Depression, as you may well know, is often an impedance to caring for oneself properly, especially with normal daily tasks such as brushing and flossing. My own dental hygiene suffered for years because of it. Well, yesterday I incurred another dental emergency and sought out care hesitantly, as every encounter with a dentist in my medical history had been a guilt-riddled, depressing experience in itself. Dentists have always seemed rude and uncaring to me because, rather than make me feel better about myself, they had always added to my depression, which obviously made me never want to go until emergency services were necessary. Well, by some miracle, I found Dr. Drew and staff at Aspen Dental, and let me tell you, I have newfound faith in dentistry! They never once made me feel bad about my teeth and they helped me by giving me hope for my future by providing me with viable choices for better oral health. Looking forward to my next appointment, which is something I never thought I would say about a visit to the dentist! Thank you, Dr. Drew and staff for showing me there's a better way to dentist than anything I had experienced before! Forever grateful!!”
