“We have banked here for 18 years. We also have an account at UMB. We highly prefer Blue Ridge because there are shorter lines, better staffing and the customer service is much more personal. When my son turned 16 and began taking his checks in for deposit, they would remember him from the time before and were encouraging in educating him. The Personal Banking Rep is beyond compare and the drive-through and counter tellers are great. When we decided to get a safe deposit box, their selection and availability were better than other banks in the area. This is a larger bank with the feel of a community bank.”
