“I've lived here since October 2018, there were some issues with repairs from the last tenant, but I brought it to management attention and they were fixed right the way. I did not rent an upgraded apartment, so it wasn't perfect, but it was tolerable. The apartment was clean, I requested hard wood flooring and it was done for me, I was very happy. I never had a problem with the neighbors, yes, almost everyone has dogs, more than one some of the residents, but if you don't like dogs, move somewhere where they don't allow it. Dogs bark, so what? Maintenance crew is great, very helpful and polite. I only had couple of maintenance issues, but they were solved the next day. They upgraded the key access to a smart device as well. They are trying to make this more modern and ad up to date technology. It is safe and neighbors are nice. The grounds are clean and constantly being cleaned and up kept. I don't know why there are bad reviews, but as far as I am concerned, I've been happy here. The only issue i see is parking for guests, which is only on the adjacent street, not inside the property. One problem is that people here have more than 1,2, or even 3 cars per apartment, so how much space is everyone expecting? Be reasonable! Jasmine in the office is very professional and pleasant, and she cares about the residents. She is always helpful and always makes sure your issues were solved. Communications with the tenants is constant and they let you know when they do repairs or upgrades so everyone is aware. Overall is a nice place to live. Cons: no central air and heat.”
