As promised, he sent a text when he was on his way, so I didn't have to guess or wait around for hours, like other service providers. Upon arrival, he was very courteous and went to diagnosing the problem right away. It didn't take him long to find the broken part, replace it, and walk me through everything he did. “I recently went in to drop off my boss' dog, and I was pleasantly surprised by not only the atmosphere of the place but how friendly the staff were. They took excellent care of the dog, whose name is Charlie by the way, and they even kept track of what needed to be done without us having to remind them. It was a really great experience and Charlie was extremely excited as soon as we walked in the door, so that told me that they took excellent care of him when I wasn't there too.”
