Minsky's Pizza

Minsky's was recommended by the host at the hotel I was staying at. He was right - it is excellent pizza. I was amazed at the variety of toppings and crusts, something I don't see in pizzerias in the south. I'm not fond of thin crusts, so it was really nice to have several choices. I was also impressed by the vegetarian options in the toppings list. Best of all, the staff was very friendly and welcoming to this road-weary traveler!

Some friends and I had a barbecue on pizza yesterday. Minsky's uses their own dough and cheese, with sauce and meat from Joe's.
I ate several slices, because it was excellently combined and served with a cold beer. It was a great Memorial Day weekend meal.

One of the best Italian Pizza Restaurant in town. I love their different pizza selections. My husband favorite is their Pepperoni Pizza, mine is Taco Pizza snd the meatballs sandwich. One of our favorite pizza places.
Around the Chiefs games they can get pretty busy and carryout was quoted for 2½ hours. We placed our order and happily waited. Appreciated the phone call a little over a hour later stating thing were moving faster than anticipated and if we're wanted to head on up then our pizzas would be ready.

Delicious pizza! This is one of my favorite pizza places. The ingredients taste so good and fresh. The cheese they use is great not like the nasty cheese other pizza places,that shall not be named use lol Update 10/19/20 The last 2 times i have went here the food was not good, i thought they could do no wrong but i was wrong. Removed a star for the way the food have tasted bad lately.
