  Awesome caring staff. Prices a tad high, but I trust them. I recently lost a pet and had her cremated. They gave us as much time as we needed with her before starting the process. Were extremely compassionate. They sent us a card and all wrote sweet words inside of it. I will never take my pet to another place, but here. They are all very sweet people. You want a vet office of ones who care then I highly recommend this place. Ashes came in a nice wooden urn and they gave us a ceramic ornament with her paw print on it.

  They are very good at what they do with a caring way. Staff is great!

  They were very nice. The facility is really clean. The room we were in was a cat room that included a scratching tree and several toys. I had my kids with me and they did an excellent job giving our puppy her vaccination without them getting upset over it. I feel that they might be a little expensive though.

  We are fairly new to the area and had been using Banfield. Our Reuben became quite ill suddenly and we were not getting what we believed were clear answers and good care from them. Based on the reviews here, we took him to AniMed. They understood he was very ill and they made room to see him that day. They conducted blood tests and we discovered his liver and kidneys were in failure. They did not lie to us or try to push futile treatments on us. Rather, they were very compassionate and honest. We decided it was time to let our Reuben go, but the staff and doctor were so nice to us. They understood how hard it was and were so kind to us. We very much appreciate their compassion and care of our Reuben. We plan to continue using AniMed for our other dog. I highly recommend them. I know cost is a factor for many people and I have to say they were very reasonable. Thank you AniMed for your compassion and care.
