  Very good service...there is almost every time I've come into this store immediately someone to come right to me & ask if I knew what I needed & make sure I'm able to get what I need. I LOVE that a retail chain of this size is TEACHING there people to value customers. KUDOS !
  S she did in fact have the opportunity to search and locate a product that I want it and I really appreciated her doing just that for me. It was very good service!!

  This is a great, smaller pet store. The staff is very friendly. The items they sell are quality items. My only complaint is that they do not carry everything a larger store would have.

  Caring, helpful staff. I enjoy shopping here. Grain free foods for my cats and Worlds best cat liter is sold here. Prices are a bit high but worth it for quality, personal service. P.S. The grain free foods help 1 elder cat stop having seizures!

  Love the store but one of the employees that I see often is a complete knuckle head. I try to steer away from him but he always seems to be there. Teach that boy some common sense. He told me that the breed of a rabbit was black lop ear, THATS NOT A BREED

  Very friendly and extremely helpful staff! You can tell they enjoy their work! Very high-priced however on most of their animals
