  I love that this bank is local. The tellers are always friendly and remember who you are. Fresh baked cookies in the lobby. And they are part of the community. Bill Essman is always out and about to help in the community.
  
  Update: The review was written as Adams Dairy Bank. Bill is no longer there and the cookies are gone after the buyout. The girls there are still first-rate.

  Equity has a great staff that's always willing help. Smaller bank with the hometown feel. They always look for a solution to a problem without passing you along to another department. Good Bank that I would recommend.

  Adams Dairy Bank has the best staff of any bank I've worked with and they are heavily involved in the community. I know customers who have had checks personally delivered or other things done for them that seem so nice. They aren't so much a bank as a customer service organization and it shows.
  
  One time I was in Germany and my debit card got locked because I hadn't contacted them. I was able to call, talk to someone, and have the account unlocked within 2 minutes. There's no other company I know of with that kind of issue resolution time.
  
  They have a beautiful location in the Coronado shopping center. They only have one location - but they're members of UMB's ATM network so ATM fees are never a problem and I haven't had any trouble yet.
