  I had a truly wonderful experience at Universal Auto. Brett Campbell was very patient, honest, and kind. He worked with me, as well as my father and fiancé, for several days while I tried to decide what I wanted. Throughout those days Brett was patient with us and not your “typical pushy car salesman”. He was able to get me a great car for a wonderful deal, and was a pleasure to work with. He made my experience as a first time buyer a breeze. I will definitely return for future vehicle purchases!   Mike Mitchell provided a stellar experience at Universal Auto Plaza on Black Friday. He greeted us first thing in the parking lot, very personable and laid back. He let us browse and test drive several different vehicles without hovering, giving knowledgeable answers to every question along the way. Then, he helped us purchase our dream car that was in very high demand during a short window of opportunity. The whole day was extremely professional, efficient, and pleasant. I would highly recommend anyone to go to this dealership and ask for Mike Mitchell.

  Mike showed me only the cars that I wanted to see, took time to answer my questions, and didn’t rush the process. He is honest and upfront, and handled the sale quickly and professionally once I made my decision. We would not hesitate to work with him again; it was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Universal is clean, well-maintained and provides a comfortable and low-stress environment. I couldn’t be happier with this experience, or car deal!
