Cory & Co is the best!!! I'm not one to write reviews but I'm finally taking a few minutes to write a well deserved review for Cory. It's been a crazy, hectic year but Cory was there to help us through every step both selling our house and building our new home. Cory was on top of everything, meticulously taking notes, documenting, asking questions we may not have thought to ask. Cory and her crew really go above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you want. From working her magic with other realtors to make closing dates work for us, to providing us a moving truck to make the move so much easier, Cory & Co does it all and really does have your best interest in mind. Cory & Co. was an absolute pleasure to work with. Cory and her team genuinely care about their clients and their success. We initially had Cory helping us find a commercial space to lease but when the spaces didn't match up with our vision she took the initiative to ask us if we had any interest in purchasing. Long story short Cory showed us 1117 W Main and although it was a pretty creepy walk through we knew we wanted to purchase it. This space is stuck in time so to speak, it hasn't been occupied for many years, its a 100 + year old building needing a complete gut plus structural repairs. We definitely have a desire to make the old new again and we're so grateful for Cory and her team helping us make this next dream of ours a reality.
