(January 28, 2019, 11:44 pm)Honest and reliable! Christine at the office assured us that they would send a tech out even though it was well past office hours, like 8pm... Sure enough, Chris the Tech came out, diagnosed the problem, replaced a few parts and quickly had our furnace back operating. Mind you, its Jan28th 2019 and we are experiencing record lows here in KC. Thanks for the save guys! Will definitely use ALL ABOUT COMFORT going foward.

(January 23, 2019, 7:02 pm)Our furnace was frequently shutting off before warming the house. I called a competitor on Monday and they said they would get back to us (they never did). I then called All About Comfort this morning and they said they would be out by 2 pm. They called within the hour, came out and fixed my problem and were out before noon. Excellent customer service on the phone, excellent customer service from Chris the technician. He explained what was happening and why. No sales pitch. I have taken the other company out of my phone! I definitely will call All About Comfort again!

Chris is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in an easy, understandable, professional manner. I would recommend "All About Comfort" to anyone needing help with their heating/cooling issues.

(November 7, 2018, 11:18 am)After our furnace motor burned up last night and left us with no heat, we called All About Comfort Heating and Cooling and they were out within 30 minutes. They diagnosed the problem, gave us options and VERY reasonable prices! They had what we needed on their van and were able to give us heat. They are coming back Friday to install a brand new furnace and for MUCH CHEAPER than anywhere else! Chris was our technician and he was great! He was friendly and very knowledgeable! He was able to explain what happened, explain our options, and get us taking care of! He was very professional, too!
