Christy is an amazing life coach, Pilates instructor, and role model. She has helped me more than I can ever say in getting my life together. I've done group coaching, one-on-one coaching, and many workouts with her. With Christy's help I have shed 40 pounds, built a lot of muscle, found healthy ways to cope with a traumatic childhood, dealt with clutter inside and out, and I could go on and on. She always found a way of making me think about something differently. I had many Aha moments with her just asking me what would appear to be a simple question but was really her being very in tune with me and helping ME discover things about myself and heal MYSELF. She has changed my life so much for the better. Honestly, I don't even want to think about where I would be now without her in my life.
