I started going to see Dr. John a little over a month ago and I have already noticed changes in my pain levels! I recently started my first office job and wasn’t used to having to sit for 8 hours a day that resulted in a constant pain in my lower back that I just decided was the new normal. It still hurts sometimes don’t get me wrong- I need a few more sessions lol- but it feels better than it has in 6+ months. I’ve also had chronic neck and shoulder pain since I was in my early teens. I’ve been to many chiropractors to try and help with the pain but none of them took scans and X-rays of my actual neck to see how my bones look and how inflamed my nerves were. Paramount health has a super cool whole body view to chiropractic work. I have also started their Trust Your Gut program to try and help with some of my other chronic problems and I have already started to feel so much better. Their whole team knows exactly what they’re doing and they do it all with empathy and kindness.

Dr. John is wonderful! He’s really good at listening to any concerns or fixing any issues you have. He enjoys having conversations with his patrons and seeing how they’re doing in their lives. I always feel so much better after my appointments. The atmosphere is so relaxing and the staff are wonderful! I even got some little gifts during my pregnancy which was super sweet! I really enjoy coming to PHC.

All of the staff are so kind and welcoming. Dr. John is amazing. Despite being busy he always has time for questions or clarification. My neck and back have improved tremendously. My pain and discomfort has decreased and if I hurt myself, the pain goes away much faster. The adjustments have helped so much. I have seen a dramatic improvement in neuropathy in both feet, legs and hands. I have feeling. The numbness is gone. It is amazing. The improvement is not what I expected. I rarely have pain in my legs. The treatments all work. The neuropathy treatment, vitamins and heat, work. The
decompression has really helped my back. The neck roll has helped my neck pain which is non-existent. I think my posture improved. This is the first time I go to a chiropractor! I highly recommend Paramount Health Chiropractic.

I had recently moved back to the area and needed continuing care after a car accident. I had low back, left leg, and neck pain. The curve in my neck was actually not where it should be. After a few months I could lean my head back "like normal". Dr John got my pain level tolerable to where I was able to walk without having to use my cane too often. Love these guys and feel very blessed to have found them.

Pregnancy at Paramount Chiropractic!

I started looking into chiropractic care when I found out our baby was breached at 29 weeks pregnant. I tried all the at home exercises to encourage baby to flip, but with no success. Then, I tried a chiropractor who was NOT Webster Technique certified… and baby still would not flip.

With more research, I found out that I probably had tight round ligaments which were the problem and not allowing baby to reposition and flip head down. Having tight round ligaments was also very painful and even excruciating to the touch.

I was referred to Dr. John and am so thankful the Lord crossed our paths!!! When I called to schedule our first appointment, his wife and office manager answered the phone. I was very emotional because a natural birth was very important to me. She was so encouraging and comforting.

I began chiropractic care with Dr. John and during my first appointment, he was able to provide pain relief by loosening my round ligaments gently. There was a keyword there, gently! I could tell he was well-trained and equipped to work with a pregnant momma and tight round ligaments. Earlier, I mentioned, that I saw another chiropractor who was not Webster Technique certified… they tried to work on my round ligaments but it was excruciating to the point I almost passed out in the office. I share that because I almost gave up, thinking chiropractic care would not help our baby flip… but I now know I just needed to find the right chiropractor.

Finally, at 33 weeks under the chiropractic care of Dr. John and his loving team, baby flipped!!!! I continued with care weekly even after baby flipped to keep my ligaments from tightening again and helping to ensure baby stayed in the right position.

Our little baby remained head down throughout the rest of the pregnancy and her birth into her Daddy’s hands. We are so thankful and blessed to have met Dr. John and his team.

Not only were they able to help me, but their office is very family friendly. They include your children during the appointment, explaining what they are doing and even providing toy adjustment integrators for them to use. They also have toys in the waiting room and a very helpful staff to hold or love on your kiddos while you get adjusted!

Dr. John even adjusted our precious baby after her birth as well!

I really wanted to share our story because I hope and pray that it helps other pregnant mommas too!
