Excellent customer service from the initial contact throughout. We were traveling through in a rented RV & had problem with our coach battery not charging. They worked us in promptly, identified the problem (corroded broken termina connector), fixed it & sent us on our way- all the while being courteous & professional. Recommend without reservation.

Staying at Blue Springs campground but when plugged in to shore power....nothing. Suspected auto transfer switch but not positive. On a recommendation I called Abe Thompson. They sent out their mobile repairman Randy who diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes. It was the transfer switch. Ordered one and installed it the next day. Their shop was not set up with my extended warranty group but their office got that done and work approved in the first day. Absolutely the best service I have ever had on an RV and we have been doing this for 30 years. Randy is a jewel. Very very reasonable on parts and labor. Can’t say enough good about these folks
