Not only has he been a great insurance agent for me, but last week I managed to lock my keys in my car on my way to a very important job interview. I was out of time, and out of luck. Craig canceled his appointments, and drove to my location, brought me to my house, and then brought me back to my car. Without him I would have missed my interview. Because of him, I not only made my interview, but I landed the job. I would give Craig 6 stars, but this only lets me give him 5. :D Honestly, you can not go wrong with Craig as your agent.
Oh, and please don't everyone call him asking him to give you rides places. Lol. These were very special circumstances. Hahaha.
