Aspire Kitchen and Bath Solutions

We used Aspire to remodel our master bathroom. They handled the whole project themselves which was important to me. Throughout the process, they were always upfront with what was going to happen. They were always on time and no surprises came up. We were so impressed, we have hired them to do 3 more projects in our home. Sean, our installer, did excellent work and was very professional. Woody started the process by meeting with us and getting our ideas on what we wanted to do. He was always on time and very easy to contact if we had questions I would highly recommend them for any home remodel project.

We engaged Aspire for two bath remodels. We selected very expensive finish materials so it was important to us to see this expertly installed. We are super happy with the results. Every detail is completed with excellence; they went out of their way to make sure we were 100% happy with what they were doing; especially the patterned tile layouts.

It was also important to us that this process did not impose collateral damage to the rest of the home; going in and out all day long in inclement weather. The crew vigilantly installed tarps on all areas leading to the bathrooms, and every day he vacuumed on the way out.

The crew was extremely punctual and always informed us of what to expect the next day. Background issues always pop up, and they did here too, but they were resolved to our satisfaction.

The bulk of the accolades belong to the contractor / installer Jed Birdsong who performed 98% of the work. He is a master of many disciplines and we were really fortunate to get him on our project. He is an expert at tilework, woodworking, drywalling finishing, and very attuned to historic details. He made it a very good experience.

The quality of service was beyond Amazing. Our project Manager, Michael Conway for both projects, which were both bathrooms, cannot be praised enough. I do feel 5 stars is enough for the work he did on our bathrooms project #399 and #400 if there is a way to look it up those are the numbers to see how amazing of a he did. We were very impressed with Aspire Kitchen and Bath - especially with their project manager, Brady. Although we attempted to remodel two bathrooms during their very busy season - we had to show some patience but it was worth it! They didn't just replace tile, shower, toilets etc with professionalism - but they completely remodeled a space to make it more spacious and work with our vision/goal. When we noticed something not working a few weeks after they finished a bathroom, they came out right away to make it right. Brady was extremely easy and fun to work with - we were happy to have him in our home for several weeks transforming our bathrooms for us. He took pride in his work and did a really great job. More than 5 stars for Brady and his team!

I used Aspire Kitchen and Bath Solutions to remodel my master bathroom. Gary managed my project and did an excellent job! The quality of work was phenomenal. He made sure that everything was perfect. He respected my home by ensuring not to stain my carpet and cleaning up after every work day.
