  When Kansas City storms damaged a number of homes in my neighborhood, a friend recommended Pyramid as the best in KC for a new roof. Valerie took my call and set me at ease about how the process would work, explaining everything patiently and cheerfully. Heath and Valerie kept me informed throughout the process with thoroughness and professionalism. The materials and the workmanship were first class, and the cost was reasonable. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company. I can't think of anything more I'd have asked of a roofing contractor - thank you!

  Excellent Company!! Just had a roof replaced and they made the entire project absolutely painless. Todd was very professional and attentive to my questions. Valerie went above and beyond she is personable and an absolute joy to work with. I also spoke with Bailey she was very sweet and accommodating regarding some questions I had when Valerie was unavailable. Tony came to do a final inspection and what can I say. Very nice down to earth and spoke honestly. He is just the type of young man one would want to represent the company. Do not hesitate to call this company!!! You will not be disappointed.

  Pyramid is definitely a cut above the rest. Competitive on price, but the way they run the process from end to end gives the customer a uniquely positive experience. My brother in law referred me to my salesman Todd on a Monday morning, and by Saturday of the same week my new construction roofing job was complete. Todd provided advice on the proper grade of shingle to install, helped us choose our color, and focused on meeting our tight timeline. Valerie was our coordinator who kept tabs on every aspect of the job. They have a great electronic bid acceptance process which can all be completed from your smart phone. The installation was completed to our satisfaction. The project manager assigned to our project made sure everything ran smoothly on site and made sure a final inspection was performed and follow up items were taken care of. I will use Pyramid Roofing in the future and recommend it to my friends.
