After dealing with the city we found that it was all on the homeowner (us). After dealing with a few local plumbers I went on Homeadvisor and entered my information. Mr. Rooter called within minutes of entering my information. That immediate response was indicative of how Mr. Rooter handles any situation with speed and immediate notification. Paul Jr. came out to bid the project and used his many years of plumbing knowledge and expertise to fix the broken pipe in a manner that no company bidding before even thought of. The Mr. Rooter crew was out there immediately and wasted no time getting the project completed. Through the whole process Paul and Mr. Rooter stuck to their word and had exemplary customer service . He spent as much time as he needed to explain every step in great detail and kept me in the loop on the any progress. My family was very fortunate in getting a hold of Mr. Rooter and will use in the future for any needs. I would recommend Paul and Mr. Rooter to anyone needing plumbing related help. Thank you Paul.

We had water backing up in our basement from the drain, and we called them on the day after Thanksgiving and they got us in that morning by 10 am! Even with the bad news of a collapsed system, they went above and beyond to figure out the issue, and make sure we understood what the next steps would be. I would reccomend to anyone looking for a company that knows what they are doing and who want amazing customer service at the same time!

Locally and family operated, the owner himself took the water main line complete replacement job as a personal responsability, inspecting the site twice in preparation for the job. He explained all the procedure, time frame, cost and materials to use in plain English and examples of other jobs. Very open to new information and ideas, they take great pride in what they do (you can tell they LOVE doing this, not just another job), communication and punctuality was excellent, they cleaned my house after it was all finished. The cost was way more affordable than other big name companies and I liked the personal touch and attention to detail that Paul puts into his interactions. I surely don't want plumbing problems, but if I have them, Mr. Rooter has a loyal customer in us.

Their work was exemplary and they were very concerned about my well being and getting my water restored even in bad weather conditions!! They may be a relatively new business in the area, but they have decades of plumbing experience, traveling around the country restoring plumbing systems for commisaries on military bases!! They truly care about their customers and go above and beyond!! Thank you Mr. Rooter Kansas City!! You're my heroes!!❤️

(October 22, 2018, 8:54 am)I can’t say enough good things about Mr. Rooter! I had noticed my water bill was unusually high, so I called them up and they had an opening that afternoon! They sent a technician over and they inspected the water out put to make sure I didn’t have a leak somewhere! Turns out my spare bathroom in the basement had a running toilet! The technician was very kind to my Girlfriend and even offered to fix the issue right there! We were so happy they got it figured out so quickly and our water bill is now back to normal! I know it was a simple thing for them but it was a big issue for my family! They treated us with great respect and courtesy! No job too small for them! Give them a shot if you need anything plumbing/ water related!
