  We recommend Extra Space Storage for your storage needs! Everyone at all the KC metro locations have always gone above and beyond to help us with whatever we needed! Jon especially really helped us out when we needed it! Love working with these guys and definitely recommend them!

  I was extremely impressed with this facility! I never worried about the safety or environmental conditions there. I stored there for four years with complete peace of mind. I would recommend them absolutely! The best storage facility in the Kansas City area.

  I’d never had to store anything til now and wasn’t entirely sure what I needed. Jon the manager was very personable and thorough in explaining what they had to offer. He assured me that my stuff was safe at Extra Space. I got exactly what I needed and I’m very happy with the experience I had today. I’d go back again.

  This place was awesome from first contact... The first lady I spoke with was so pleasant and sweet, she thanked me for for brighting her day, all the while that's what she had did for me.. I was greeted upon arrival by John who was also very friendly, although I was a hour early, there was still no delay, no hidden fees I paid exactly what she said I would over the phone!! I'm going through everything right now , but to have great customer service means everything, Thank you!!!

  Customer service was excellent before I even came in. When I called I was greeted by a energetic and very helpful individual. Jon, who helped me with obtaining my storage space was excellent as well. He walked and talked me through everything. Though he expressed they were busy, he didn't rush me through the process. He even took time to get to know me personally, showing his care for me as a person and customer. Such a refreshing experience!!!
