  The lady I dealt with was very nice n friendly.She made the experience very pleasant. The prices were the cheapest I had found; especially for being a gated secure place.The held my reservation for several days without a credit /debit card on file.I am new at renting storage units, so I didn't fully understand the size descriptions.Needless to say when I got there is had to ask for a unit bigger than I had reserved. They helped me fix that issue.And she worked very hard to help me understand what my charges would be.It was a half hr out of my way, but worth it.Id recommend renting from them.
