(October 29, 2018, 6:41 pm)This is a nice man made lake. They have a marina where you can rent boats or get some bait. They have a wide variety of boats. There is two main boat ramps with docks. They have a good size Swimming area. You can find a lot of nice spots to go fishing on shore or in a boat. They have bicycle riding trails and walking trials. They have shelter houses with picknik tables and bbq grills.

Outstanding place to watch the fireworks for holidays as well!! -

(July 1, 2018, 1:08 am)If u have a boat it's a good place to go. U can swim here as long as u have a boat. The Rangers keep pretty close tabs on everyone so it's a pretty safe place to spend time

Hunting | Jackson County Parks + Rec, MO
Jackson County Parks + Rec, in cooperation with the Missouri Department of Conservation, has conducted Managed Hunts in selected parks since 1994. The purpose of the program is to maintain the deer population at manageable numbers to prevent overpopulation, reduce the risk of disease infestation and help reduce deer/vehicle accidents. 5 County parks are currently involved in the program.
