“I was fortunate enough to find this place. This machine a 2001 315Bl will be ready for hire as soon as I get the parts I purchased from Foley installed. I do not usually hand out compliments but there is a call for it here. Back story is I am a construction guy not a full time excavating contractor. My point is I got the same level of excellent customer service as if I was. Steve in parts worked diligently to find me the some not so easy to find parts and George in will call/ parts pick up stayed focused and figured out the mess I got us into by not wanting all the parts I paid for. Even with the 4th of July holiday in between they are on their game. It is almost strange to me to have such a great experience. The owner should duke them before some head hunter snatches them up for employment elsewhere. Thank you all very much!”
