“What the previous gentleman fails to mention is that they pulled in at 9:45am, which is when all of the churches in the area are beginning to have people arrive. They pulled across and blocked several parking spaces, including handicapped spaces. We have several elderly and handicapped members. There is also a fire station a block away where the ambulance could have parked.”
