The clerk tried everything ro help resolve my phones "issues", was sympathetic to my problem, spent an inordinate amount of time (since there were no customers waiting) explaining things in terms I understood. I only had a small amount I could spend for a substitute and though he tactfully recommended a different model, there was only one option. It was every bit the disappointment I anticipated it would be, but that wasn't his fault. Customer service like this is rare even when a store isn't busy, and I called back a few days later to thank him again for his help.”

I had not backed up all of my pictures and he was able to extract 129,000 pics from my non working hard drive and transfer to an external hard drive for me. I just pull up the ad on my phone, they confirm it and I get the lower price. Also the prices in the store are the same as online so no worrying about getting a higher price. I love shopping online and picking up in the store. It’s so fast and easy and there generally isn’t much of a line. They are also super good about returns. I like the email receipts so it’s even easier and I don’t lose it. If you’re a reward member they can even look it up online. Oh and no more going to the cell phone store, best prices, best service and they are so much faster!!!”

“Another well layed out Walmart. The familiarity is a welcome site when visiting their stores. There's always plenty of parking and the stores are normally very easy to find. They've incorporated all kinds of services into the stores - photo, auto, electric carts for handicapped, scanning cash registers, etc. They try to keep their stores clean although sometimes it seems the customers make this a challenge, but the employees do a great job. I think it's a great place to shop.”
