“I don't know what's up with these other reviews. When I went I had the best service I have ever had going inside a store. I have had sprint for over 10 years and 4 states. This location has dynamite employees with tons of know how. I also got a case and screen protector without them asking. I thought it was odd but I did need it. A quick fix for that is simply asking the customers if they need it at that moment. Not everyone has an extra $50+ for assescories. All in all that was the easiest and most cordial encounter.
