“As far as suburban corporate campuses go, this sets a very high standard. Big parking lots aside, the initial two towers at 1024 are very well designed. The open floors boast a great number of ways to customize work spaces for individual focus time or group collaboration. For events, there are functional meeting spaces aplenty. The food court is impressively expansive yet welcoming. All of the combined amenities will do well to help impress recruits, attract talent and build a high performing culture. It is certainly a missed opportunity for Kansas City that the 4 billion dollar campus wasn't built in a more centrally located area with better connections to transit and closer proximity to denser urban neighborhoods. However, the region should be proud of this investment. It is a great campus for a great company.”
