“It's a perfect location, very clean and inviting. They offer 0530 classes for those know need to get an early start to the day. My favorite classes are those featuring kettle bells, since I had not trained with them prior to coming to Kamba Fit. I've been coming for about a year and have definitely noticed positive changes. Before, I couldn't so a single pull-up. I can now do 4 of them unaided! For women who are worried about "bulking up," I have not experienced this. I am much stronger, but haven't gained any bulk. Overall, highly recommend.”

“I actually cut my Husband's hair, however I do get in a little way where I'm just not up for the long drawn out details of a strenuous particular cut for him or my son. So, my Husband recommended that we find a barber for those particular days. We wanted and old school vibe with a sense of up to date trend. THIS BARBER HAS THAT!!! He's an older guy but up to date, He takes his time just like my Dad does when cutting hair... "You can't rush perfection" my Dad always says... So Calvin has that same old school attitude. I appreciate that. Because good Barbers are hard to find these days. Especially respectful ones with a clean atmosphere and mild mannered music playing with no thugs hanging about... “The training I received at the school has served me well for the 40 years I have been in the military and in private practice. My training has been as good or better than docs from schools all over the country. I didn't know how well I was prepared until internship. I put my training up against interns from many MD and DO school and came out fine. I compete against docs from many school in my private practice and I have never been found wanting. My training was 40 years ago and it was great. I don't really know about the current training climate but I assume it is just as good as when I attended. The training one gets in any school is mostly the result of how well one works at it. All schools basically teach the same material.”
