I had experienced Pilates many years ago and remembered how good it made me feel, so I decided to try it again. I am four (4) weeks in now and it is the most wonderful thing I have done for myself in almost 20 years. The instructors are kind, compassionate, patient, but also encouraging me to push (gently) a little more and a little more. It is the hardest thing I've done in a long time, but when I walk out the door at the end of class (or get up off the floor after a virtual class at home) I feel amazing. There are many different classes and all the instructors I have experienced are wonderful. I highly recommend pilates and I highly recommend Better Bodies Pilates for the journey.”
