“My wife came here after having to have a second knee surgery. The first time she had knee surgery it was botched by the therapy at another location so it had to be redone. She enjoyed her stay here at Wilshire. Everyone treated her wonderfully, from the nursing staff, to the therapists, to housekeeping, and dietary. One particular therapist, Nichole, was her favorite and really helped her a lot. I spent a lot of time here with her, and I enjoyed it as well. The staff was very helpful and treated me as nice as they did her. The food was great. The therapy department really put me on the road to recovery and living an active lifestyle again. I would recommend this place to anyone. If I ever needed rehab for a loved one or myself I would return.”

“This is a really extraordinary optical shop. Paula gives amazing customer service and expertise. She advised me on a pair of lenses I had gotten set elsewhere (the shop I had come from had botched the job), and she gave me detailed guidance on how to have a conversation about replacing the lenses and why they weren't right. I ended up buying a pair of glasses from her and she spent about an hour with me helping with fit etc. of the lenses when I chose, and the glasses were perfect when I picked them up. I am also considering a secondary glasses purchase and she gave me terrific detailed advice as well as highly personalized service. When you have someone return your call at the end of the day when they can be clocking out and going home, and they spend 30 minutes on the phone with you to be of service, I say that their work and dedication should be congratulated. “I immediately took my daughter to Kathi J. Matthes, DDS, PC - here in Lee’s Summit...after Spencer & Spencer turned our walk-in of urgency away due to being fully booked, and lacking compassion for her issue. I shared with the two receptionist there...what my daughter had been dealing with over the weekend- the same story I shared with Spencer & Spencer. -a painful wiggley tooth that was ready to come out...but didn’t! Their kindness and concern was immediately apparent! They asked if they could take a look right there at the counter...to get a better assessment of what I was talking about. They immediately had seen the issue. My daughter was in their dentist’s chair within 5 minutes! Doctor Matthes was seeing my child, and extracted the tooth WITHIN the following 5 minutes! My daughter lit up with a smile; she didn’t even feel the removal. That less-than-10-minutes trip meant so much to my daughter! Doctor Matthes and her staff were EXCELLENT! I’m bringing her back for future care, and follow ups!”

“Our family had a great stay here. We even extended our stay because of how great everything was. The employees are all friendly and helpful, the location is perfect next to the beach, and many restaurants within walking distance to enjoy. They even have beach towels, chairs, and toys you can borrow. The hotel was clean. The friendly front desk woman (sorry, I didn't catch your name) made us feel welcome and was so helpful with our room extensions. Thank you to the whole team for a great experience. “General manager very nice and respectful. One of the non deserved to be manager, Claudia, gave me a horrible attitude and acted irritated when I try to help them to fix they're beverages fountain. Like I told the manager: I come here to eat not to get sad and cry. I worked in Mc Donald's when it was the best. I know better, I had been promoted and appreciated because my extra nice way to be with people, but when people like this cross my way. Then I became a chef and I worked with one of the best worldwide Italian restaurant. I just wanted to inform it. And what I get back is a disrespectful situation Let's be realistic.
