“Today was our first visit to Once Upon A Smile and we couldn’t be a happier family. Our teeth appear cleaner than our previous dentist to which I was surprised, I previously thought clean teeth are clean teeth but I guess some people do a better job than others . The office is super comfortable for the entire family. The staff are perfectly professional and talented. Finally, the Dentist makes you comfortable and offers complete explanations. Also, they give you a game plan to perfect teeth. Who doesn’t want to know what to expect and how to attain goals? I highly recommend based on my experience today.”

“Fantastic dentist with fantastic staff! I've had decades (6 to be exact) of A LOT of dental work, but I've never had such a detailed examination, cleaning, or incredible personalized communication! Dr. Beltgens didn't only evaluate my dental health, but took into consideration how some of my other health issues can interplay with my dental issues, so looked at me wholistically, not as just a set of teeth in a body! I loved the information on what to expect before each visit, and what to expect with each step of the tooth repair, including things I can do to obtain better numbing before my appointment, and it really worked when she had to fill a very deep cavity, no sensation or hint of pain as I had experienced with so many other dental procedures! I was amazed and so relieved! Her staff made sure I was warm enough, had great lower back support so I was amazingly more comfy then I've ever been during a longer procedures! Her office accommodated my difficult schedule too, which caused less pressure in missing work for this. I loved her office so much, my adult daughter also left her dentist of many years to try Dr. Beltgens and she was equally impressed with the excellent quality of care she received there too. I'm an RN so I'm extra picky about how sterile techniques and the professionalism of a medical and dental office and staff are, and I was absolutely impressed with her office and staff, their communication and documentation! They even text and email! Can't give a higher recommendation than this!”
