“Absolute rockstars, were so kind and respectful during my time of need. My dog started projectile vomiting Saturday night around 10:30pm, so I rushed her to Blue Pearl because it was the closest 24hr vet to my home. I called beforehand and the receptionist was so kind over the phone and began getting everything ready for us before we even got there. My wait time was non-existent (especially since no one was there), and despite my dog either pooping or vomiting in every single room the staff treated us with such kindness and care. I was absolutely terrified for my pet, and she hates the vet, but the staff of Blue Pearl were so calm and comforting with us, even in our darkest hour. Laura McKee was so great with us, and my dog actually responded very positively to her, so she must have a natural way with animals. I would go to Blue Pearl for everything if I could. Their facility was top notch, the care was amazing, and my pet is healthy and safe thanks to them. Thank you Blue Pearl!”

“Dr. Ellis was straight and to the point. After examining my tonsils, throat, and nasal cavity, I think it was obvious to him that my swollen and ravaged tonsils which had been enflamed for years were definitely at least part of the cause of my sleep apnea issues. That and a deviated septum which was at least moderate. He did not sugar coat the fact there is pain, and a lot. He gave me the options for different procedures. We setup a date, coordinated with insurance, and got it done. Inhad never had any kind d of surgery so addressed all of my concerns. He told me he is very OCD about making sure there is no bleeding of the tonsils when he leaves the operating room. So I had that done using the coblation technique, (ionized salt water), and deviated septum repaired. Now, days 3,4, & 5 are horrible and made me question doing it. It's the end of day 5 and starting to sense some slight relief. So my review is about Dr. Ellis and his concern for precision and bedside manner. Not about how much it hurts because no surgeon is is giving you a pain free tonsillectomy at the age of 41 especially. I highly recommend.”
