His kindness extended into dining area. He offered us a paper and was attentive to anything we needed. His positive attitude made our visit to your store a much more pleasant experience. I wish I had got his name. He was a taller man with dark hoodie. Appreciate this kind of service. The entire staff seemed to be very friendly and helpful as well. Fast food rarely offers such service.”

“Quaint hole in the wall with 8 tables and a sushi bar. Looks like it will fill up fast on the weekends. The Sushi was solid, service was good. it’s a little hard to find inside the condo building.parking is a challenge. The crab Rangoon was really good, the sushi while solid and tasty just fell short of being 5 star. I will let you know my sushi standards are high.”

“Really good pizza! I like my pizza cooked a little crisp but some people may not prefer that. Their cheesy bread was also good. Their wings are good. “The staff is extremely dedicated and ready to help, I had the idea of adding a Red Bull to a refresher, they had no Red Bulls but listed the other energy drinks available, and helped me choose a good refresher. The barista had also let me know that if I wanted there's a QT right across the street that sells Red Bulls. So here I am drinking a dragon fruit refresher made with lemonade, but of course I had to get the dragon fruit Red Bull to put it all together, and it's amazing! Such great staff and hospitality. Most of the help was from Maggie who has such a great personality along with everyone else.”

“Visited here from out of state. Looked up best BBQ places in the city and found this one on the Food Network. The food here is amazing. My two guest that I brought here loved it. The sweet iced tea was great. The fries appetizer was a great start. Our meals were so delicious, we kept looking at each other with smiles and signs of approval. Great Midwestern BBQ. It was a Friday night at 8 pm, and it was very noisy, but worth the noise!”

“Upon entering the restaurant we were greeted and seated right away it was pretty packed. Our server was kind and efficient the food came out in a reasonable time and was piping hot. I myself did enjoy the burger and the fries may have been my favorite part. Didn't try an appetizer because our waiter was really busy and didn't want to add any more stress to her evening so we kind of wanted to eat and get out of there. Replacing pretty clean I got a sports bar vibe lots of TVs bar in the center of the room. Definitely a family environment.”

“The ice cream was great, however whoever was in charge this evening was very unprofessional as they reprimanded an employee in front of guests who were getting ready to order. If correction takes place, it should never be done so loudly that you can hear it from any place in the restaurant, and it should not be done where patrons witness such scoldings. I would even say that that type of reprimand even in private is not appropriate. Managers and leaders should find moments as teaching moments and see strengths in their employees and encourage growth. If I had been the one being reprimanded in front of everybody I would have felt crushed. If it had been one of my kids I would have been furious! I'm not exactly sure what the employee did to receive such a reprimand other than what I could hear the supervisor listing such as dropping something. With good help being so difficult to find it is super important to impress upon employees that they are valuable. When I ordered my ice cream all of the employees who were taking care of my order were respectful, kind, made eye contact, and made my order quickly and correctly. I was there on August 14th, 2022 around 4 to 5:30.”

“Had Dinner here on 7-2-2022. Food was great! This place is VERY clean. The manager on duty was training all employees. Not sure if all the employees were new or not. She was matter in fact with everything she was saying. She never raised her voice once, even when she correcting her staff. Her style was what I was taught in the “70’s”. All the employees were young, teens and 20’s. I hope Jack in the box realizes what a gem of an employee they have at this location!!”

“I went to Red Bridge Barrio for the first time tonight with a group of girl friends and had Thaddeus as our waiter! If he hadn't told us that it was his second day I would have thought he had worked there for over a year! He was very helpful with deciding what to get and explained everything very well! Once my friends and I were done eating and we had already paid we stayed at our table to keep talking and Thaddeus kept our drinks full when he didn't have to do that for us!!!
