The Black Panther cake was chocolate with mocha filling and the Minnie Mouse cake was tres leches with strawberry filling. They were both so good but the tres leches was my favorite. All my party guests complimented the cakes. This was my first time ordering a cake from here. I was nervous how they would come out but they exceeded my expectations. “I like that they have such a large variety of gluten-free baked goods. I have never seen so many gluten-free baked goods at one time. It's a little pricey but gluten-free products generally cost more. I spent over $9 for a slice of cake and one cookie bar. The peanut butter chocolate cake was delicious. The butterscotch pecan cookie bar was okay though my daughter liked it. The place looked clean and cute and the store worker was nice.”

“CASH OR CHECK ONLY!!!! You don't need to give much notice for an order. This is primarily a business that makes foods for restaurants, but anyone can get food from here. I ordered a lasagna. It comes frozen, and un-sauced. They sell their sauce, among other items here. I bought the five pound bucket of sauce with the lasagna for just under $40. I actually used a deeper aluminum pan I had at home, I added two cups of sauce to the bottom (could have used three) and two more to the top. I added a layer of provolone, and another two cups of sauce. I have a convection oven and cooked it at 325 for two hours and it was heated through. It should be heated to 165 and mine was 175. I rested it for 10 min before serving. It was a hit! Three adults with hearty appetites, one child and one toddler ate just under half of it. They say it serves 9 to 12. Of course depends on appetites.”
