With so much of today's furniture being made so cheaply, many people are hanging on to the older, and more quality pieces they have either invested in or retained as family heirlooms. If you want to do any of these pieces any justice at all, take them to Barb. You'll be glad you did! Bring back to life that pice you have always loved, for another lifetime of enjoyment. “Went to Porky's for lunch and got, "The Sampler." That is enough food to feed three or four depending on appetites. Their meats are good and served without sauce. The variety of meat was very satisfying. I loved their ribs and smoked sausage but the brisket, ham, turkey, and pulled pork were really good also. They do burnt ends on Sunday only. They have three sauces available. I enjoyed the hot which I found to be just right. Full disclosure, I use Cajun spices a lot when I cook. Anyway, the sides complemented the meats perfectly. The place is rustic and operated by really nice people. I was not disappointed and will go back really soon! Unfortunately they are not open during the week; only Friday through Sunday afternoon.”
