“I have to post this experience, but I want to say overall my experience with Etta and her associates have been very good, so they are getting four stars. I called yesterday and requested an adjustment to my motorcycle policy. The rep only wanted to provide me a quote and sent to my email I was busy, so that was ok. I called back this morning and the office was closed. My call was transferred to a call center. I spoke with a Man named Wymen, who told me he could not help me. When I refused to accept his response of not being able to help me and insisted on speaking to a sup, he tried to get me with a specialist. I asked if they were a sup and he said no, he did not have a sup. This surprised me, but then he told me sups do not get on the phone. I informed him I had time today and I would hold until I could talk to a supervisor or management. Wymen then proceeded to speak with someone and found the ability to help with my request. This experience is not what I normally get from Etta's office, but this is the company she sells insurance for. Expect this kind of treatment when making changes to your policy that will save you money.”

“This is the second time I had Macbook issues and went here. The first time, 4yrs ago, it needed the hard drive replaced. This time my coffee split on the keys :( I was frantic, in tears and Dave spent extra time answering my load of questions. He was even so kind to help again, on the phone with my more questions, when I was purchasing a new computer. Also he recovered my priceless photos that I will always be thankful for. “In the hottest heat of this summer (100-degree days), my 20-year-old ac unit bit the dust. I got three quotes on a new ac and furnace. McDaniel's was able to beat my second quote by several hundred dollars, even though I'm located on the other side of KC. The two installers were wonderful! And very quick, only about 4 hours for the full replacement. They installed a new thermostat and showed me how to use it. All together from my first phone call, it took 1 day to get a quote and about a week to get the unit installed. Much faster than I expected in what I expect was their busiest time of the summer! My new ac unit works great and has kept the house cool all summer! Overall great service and product. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs service or a new unit.”
