“Just used the eco atm for the first time. Here are some takeaways if you decide to try selling your phone through it... 1. Their website says to factory reset your phone. What they don't tell you is that you have to set it back up without an email for the machine to evaluate it. This was the roadblock I ran into yesterday. 2. With the phone set up and ready to go, it was super easy. Took maybe 15 minutes in total, and I got $65 for my Samsung s10 (with no cracks or scratches). The bonus part: Even works when the phone is locked to a carrier.”

“Family of seven stranded on a cross-country trip in a rented RV, it became apparent that the vehicle was not safe to drive. KC Wholesale took us in on short notice, immediately determined the problems, advocated on our behalf with the uncooperative rental company, and fully repaired the RV in less than 24 hours so we could be on our way. They went above and beyond to help us, including giving us rides to and from the hotel where we had to stay overnight. They were wonderful.”
