“Excellent food. The menu is very simple: whole or half chicken, and ribs. Served with hot tortillas, rather mediocre rice and beans, grilled pepper and onions, and salsa. The chicken is the star. It's a food truck not a restaurant and there's no place to sit so plan ahead. A half chicken is a huge feast for one. I just wish they weren't cash only. They'd get more business if they took cards.”

She didn't just get the most beautiful photos, but also truly captured those she was photographing. During the experience, Kara had my now husband and I mention funny things to one another to get us to react honestly and it made the photos turn out beautifully real. It was a pleasantly unique experience and I felt like one of my old girlfriends was photographing my wedding. She was so easy to get along with and was really professional as well.
