I was so impressed by the food and how all the workers were doing their jobs. “I live an hour away, so I called Joanna (when we were about half way there which was my fault) to see about test driving a vehicle. She was honest and told me it was out on a test drive at that moment. We decided to continue to drive that way in hopes maybe the deal would not go through. About 15 min later, Joanna called me to let me know he was going to buy it. Even though I didn’t end up getting a car it was extremely appreciated that she went out of her way to let me know it was sold. That is a sign of great customer service in my book!!!”
