Sales people were knowledgeable and not pushy at all, just very helpful. We purchased a dishwasher and had it delivered and installed and old one taken away. The delivery/installation guy name Jesse Moore was outstanding. We loved doing business with genuine appliance.

I bought a washer from Loews and it quit in the 1st month,Loews offered to Fix. After much discussion I got money back, went to Maytag Store bought a beautiful washer ,bigger and cheaper. Then I recently bought a brand new Maytag Stove, glass top Fantastic Oven. I went in there with a stove already picked out and he told me the one I bought was jut as good since I didn’t need all the added features on other stove. Right before the shut down I purchased a dented refrigerator for aFantastic Price. Will be delivered this week, MY CHOICE to wait.

I will never ever deal with a big box store AGAIN, they (Loews) were absolutely horrible, did without washer for almost a month.
