Brookdale Farms Float Trips

  Had fun, the bus driver was an awesome friendly guy, we did run into a little trouble about halfway through the trip we saw an elderly couple struggling because one of their inner tubes had sprung a leak and they were sinking. We were able to get them out and traded tubes but most of the tubes we used seem to have a bit of a leaking problem. Other then that we had a lot of fun with helpful friendly staff.

  We did the tubes and got a cooler tube (cooler tube was HUGE). Had a lovely time. Love that take out is right by your car. Easy to check in and get shuttled on time, with GREAT signage to the parking/check-in. Felt very close to nature and not crowded for most of the float. Only felt being close to the city the last mile where you are close to an overpass with cars. I think the only criticism I have is they said it was a 3 hr float with no stops and without stopping it would have been less than 2 hours. We were advised to stop and relax which we did, and had a lovely 3 hour experience total. Would love a longer stretch of river option for tubes, to be able to have a longer floating day if we wanted to.

  Just finished a float. Booked online and everything went great. I will be very honest: we could have finished this float on an 8 man raft in under two hours, so if you are looking for something that lasts ALL day, don’t book here. However, we stopped a few times to eat and play around and stretched it to about 4.5 hours. Also, I’d strongly recommend this float for first time kid floaters. We took a 4 year old, 11 and 13 year olds and all parties had a great time!
  
  It’s super close to STL which is an added bonus. I don’t know all float trip prices, but we paid $260 for an 8-man raft and for a day of fun we definitely thought it was worth it.

  ABSOLUTELY amazing! From start to finish, everything was wonderful. The staff were friendly and accommodating. It was super easy to get to, with several signs telling you exactly where to go. I want to go again!

  We did the raft float. It was so nice to have a place closer to home to take a float trip. The trip lasted about 4 hours which was perfect for us. We had time to stop at several of the rock beaches to swim and play. All employees we encountered were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend
