I’m a first time customer that came to Bates with a difficult engine problem. Art, Jeff and Jeremiah went the extra mile to figure things out. This was not a quick fix and took several weeks but I was informed of progress along the way. This was a challenge but Bates worked diligently to solve the problem. Excellent customer service by Art! My wife's car broke down and had to be towed. I asked the tow truck driver to take the car to whoever he trusted and he took it to Bates. Without an appointment, Art went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of, he was even going to make sure that we had a hotel to stay in! Fortunately, he was able to get the car going on the spot and even called us when we were on the road to make sure we were getting home okay. Absolutely A+ service. If we lived there, I wouldn't take my cars to anyone else after just one interaction with them. I can't say enough good things.
