After the unprecedented winter storm Feb 15th 2021
It’s been a tough week for sure. We had a pipe burst and our water heater and most of the pool equipment burst while the power was out 36 hours. Randy King and Farmers have been awesome I called him yesterday asking his advice.
Filed the claim at 5pm same night and the adjuster was here today at 4pm. He pointed out things we didn’t even consider. If you all are frustrated and looking for a change. I highly recommend Randy!

In the Spring of 2020 we switched from our long standing insurance company, Allstate to our new agent - Randy King at Farmers Insurance. We decided it was time to make a switch after Allstate nickel and dimed us on a hail damage claim. It was our first claim in the 11 years we had them and it was VERY frustrating.

Randy was incredibly helpful in identifying the right insurance plan for our family. He helped us find discounts that met our families needs and saved us $$$s.

On a personal note, Randy King has been a dedicated donor to many extracurricular organizations in our school district . As President of one of these booster clubs for several years I couldn't help but notice his generosity in donating his time and money asking for nothing in return.

Randy's kind nature, giving heart and knowledge of the insurance agency helped us transition to a better Insurance company that I feel cares about our families health and welfare.

I have been a satisfied, more than satisfied, customer of Randy King for over 20 years. He is decidedly there for his customers and will always do the best for them. He has given me good advice and I have always felt he values my business. It is clear he wants to keep his customers.

The "best in the business" title would be woefully inadequate. Carol is more than a gem and could run Farmer's entire corporation with her superior human relations skills. Through this personal disaster, she also introduced us to another exceptional individual at Servpro so she deserves a double raise and ten times the recognition. And, quoting Dr. Who, (the 11th) "it still won't be enough."
