WOW! What an exceptional experience I have had with Alicia & Wade of The High Speed Lab. It started with my purchase of a rebuild kit for my Sebring M45 Supercharger that was on my 1993 Mazda Miata since 1994, for over 120k miles. It was still working properly, but started making a whining noise that caused me to consider a rebuild. I was able to remove and disassemble the M45, but ran into trouble trying to seat the needle bearings into the rear of the case. Alicia & Wade were very helpful over the phone, and even sent me a second set of needle bearings after I crushed one. Well, my second attempt ended up with another crushed needle bearing, with the race stuck in the casing. Realizing that I’d better stop before I ruined my supercharger, I sent my disassembled M45 to The High Speed Lab for a professional rebuild. Communication was friendly and clear. Wade is meticulous in the way he inspects and repairs/rebuilds. It’s obvious that he has a true passion for what he does. Both him and Alicia are a pleasure to deal with. While the rebuild process took a bit longer than originally anticipated, it was well worth the wait. The M45 is now like new, if not better than new. I felt that pricing was fair, and the entire experience was awesome! I’d highly recommend The High Speed Lab to anyone with a need for anything related to their supercharger.
Found thehighspeedlab.com site from a Google search to find someone to refurbish my supercharger rotor pack. Sent it off to them, and got it back a couple of weeks later in beautiful condition. Wade and Alicia were very helpful and friendly when I spoke with them! Very happy! Nice work!
