I booked an appointment with Chloe for my husband's truck to get new brakes and also requested an oil change at the last minute. They had it in the shop and the job done in no time. Better yet, the truck runs great! I think the brakes were worse than we thought. On top of taking care of the brakes and oil change, Will and Mike also figured out what was causing that crazy squeak I'd hear every time my husband backed up. My car will be needing new shoes soon, we'll be scheduling the Subie for new tires there in the not-too-distant future. These folks are the best, we're very pleased!

I really appreciate this team of people. From Chloe and Brad at the front desk to Will himself. They are friendly, honest, great at communicating and making things so clear. They don’t run you around and they are very thorough! I highly recommend them as a mechanic or even just for your inspections. They are amazing. Don’t mess around with shady dealings of other places, they do it right and are awesome at what they do.

While on the freeway passing through the area, my "check engine" light came on. After calling several repair places, I called Will's, and they get me in immediately. The mechanic was courteous and diagnosed the problem immediately and accurately. He could have recommended a much larger repair that would have been appropriate (though not needed), but he didn't. The entire episode took less than an hour, the cost was low, and the service was terrific. We were back on the road quickly. I can't recommend Will's work highly enough.

We were driving through on our way from Memphis to Milwaukee when the check engine light came on. Never good. They got us in, fixed the problem and got us back on the road! Can't thank them enough!
