“I was in the process of a DIY remodel and I got a a point where I needed help. I called Hourglass Remodeling on the recommendation of a friend. Guy was at my door the next day and provided a quote the next day. He was able to start the job in less then 2 weeks and had the job finished in just over 2 weeks as well and that was with a couple snow days that interrupted the job. During the job he was very friendly and even offered to pick up some items for me when he made store trips. I am very satisfied with the finished job and the price I paid for it. I did however stop going there since they shut down the window and the inside dining area. I just can’t bring myself to call the number to order ice cream. “I purchased the large breakdown kennel and it was exactly what I was looking for! Top quality material which keeps my Belgian Malinois safe and sound when riding around. I have a Chevy Tahoe and the Large size fits perfectly in my truck (I can still have my back seat up in normal position as well). I did have a slight issue with the handle malfunctioning however KBC Kennels worked with me to have a replacement ASAP (couldn't have been an easier process). I would strongly advise this product and will be purchasing a second unit in the future when we get another dog.”

“Got 2 new tires in Springfield as an emergency and one of them blew out on my way home. I know it wasn’t anyones fault they gave me a defective tire but high ridge Walmart made it right and replaced my tire, I just had to pay $10 for a new warranty. They also repaired my leaking valve stem for free when I had to go back a second time for a flat on the 2nd new tire. Don’t buy Douglas tires, you get what you pay for. Everyone at this automotive center was lovely though, great customer service. Just go early in the morning (in and out in 30 minutes) since it’s first come first serve and you could wait a few hours.”
