First off every time I come here the food is always hot, fresh and accurate and as great as it is the customer service here only makes the experience better. The staff does an amazing job of keeping everything clean, they are super friendly and go above and beyond every time I’m here. There used to be a lot of Long John Silver’s in the area and very few have remained open and it is obvious why this particular restaurant has survived the test of time while others have went away a long time ago. “Very happy with our fireplace insert and installation. We had this done in October of 2020 so we could have an on-demand fire/heat option. I sure do miss having a wood-burning fireplace at times, but this proved to be exactly what we were hoping for. Something we could turn on while watching a show and turn off without fear of smoldering embers. The installation was super smooth and the guys cleaned up after themselves, which shouldn't be noteworthy, but it is! They sub-contracted the electrical, and he was great as well. It is clear that this is something they do regularly, including recurring collaboration with the sub-contracted electrician, so the whole crew was efficient in the installation. They were also very personable and helped to explain some of the installation steps and considerations. Overall, great job and we would do it again. Now the bad part, which is one project begets another project. ;) We added the TV and a self/custom-built mantle shelf...next up is new tile and bookshelves on either side of the fireplace. I can't help but to blame Fireside for these additional projects... ;)”

“Manager Dave opened the closed store on a Saturday to let me in and make an appointment for brake work and alignment. After dropping the car off, they called and said only the rear brakes needed replacing. The original brakes have 76k miles on them so they could easily have recommended replacing them. They said they had plenty of pad left and the rotors were fine so that impressed me. Price was fair and top grade pads were half price. Great service so i will return.”
