    We have always got our meats processed from a locker in SD. A great locker that you can feel secure to handle your product safely and honestly is personally hard for me to do. I'm sure if you have used other places you can understand. Well, let's just say we were very happy with our pork. We got some recommendations from them on purchaseing from a local cattle company to split sides of beef with my brother. This is Great place! You should seek them out.

    This is my second time using Gilbert. The staff is outstanding and very helpful. My 1/2 side of beef was outstanding and I highly recommend them. Thanks for all of you help!
